Grease a pan with cooking oil, add eggs, and fry them over medium heat
Cut kimchi into small pieces with scissors, add a little sugar, add cooking oil, and stir-fry evenly
When kimchi is fried, add a bowl of rice and cheese and stir-fry them evenly

It's done. Put kimchi fried rice in a bowl, put some sesame seeds, chives, and seasoned laver

Kimchi and cheese are salty, so I didn't add extra seasoning
If you like sesame oil, add 1/2T of sesame oil on top of the fried rice
Mix all the ingredients and stir-fry it
If it's sour kimchi, use sugar to reduce the sour taste
