STEP 1/9
Remove the top of spinach and wash it thoroughly under running water.
*The red root part is sweet and delicious, so cut it as close as possible.
STEP 2/9
Slice the whole garlic and shred the ginger.
STEP 3/9
Cut the dried peppers with scissors.
STEP 4/9
Season the pork with ginger liquor, soy sauce, and pepper. (Beef or chicken skewers are also good.)
*I always season the meat
When I made it as a dish, it was more delicious because the meat was seasoned.
STEP 5/9
Stir-fry garlic, dried red pepper, and ginger in a pan with olive oil.
*I put a lot of ginger salad in Chinese
It tasted much better.
*Dried peppers burn easily when they are hot, so stir-fry them on medium heat.
STEP 6/9
When stir-fried over low heat, boil seasoning with red pepper powder, red pepper paste, sugar, and water.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry enough pork and oyster sauce in the boiled sauce.
*Oyster sauce fills the taste that lacks.
*The meat is seasoned at first, so you can just put it in the seasoning.
STEP 8/9
When it's fried enough, add spinach. Just breathe
Leave the lid closed for about 3 minutes to die.
STEP 9/9
After 3 minutes, turn off the heat and rummage with the remaining heat to complete with pepper and sesame oil.
Spinach and beef go well together, but I stir-fried pork with warm ginger.
If you use raw vegetables instead of stir-fried, it has a bitter taste, so if you put salt in boiling water and blanch it slightly with a lid, you can reduce nutritional loss and bitter taste.
