STEP 1/9
In a saucepan, add 1T of salt and simmer
The reason why I put salt is to make the color come out pretty!
STEP 2/9
First, remove the bottom of the cedar
Next, cut the big ones into 4 pieces
Cut the small pieces in half and trim them
It's very easy
STEP 3/9
Wash the trimmed cedar several times in running water
There's something like soil attached to it :)
STEP 4/9
If you have green onions or chives, please chop them up
Not required
STEP 5/9
Should I season it
Put sesame seeds, sesame oil, and ground garlic in a big bowl
Dab the salt
One ton of soy sauce
If you add 1 ton of sugar, the seasoning is done
It's simple
I forgot to add ground garlic, so it's not a secret that I put it in while mixing it
STEP 6/9
When the water boils, add the washed cedar and blanch
Blanching time is, um.. About 30 to 40 seconds
I like crunchy texture, so I don't blanch it for a long time
STEP 7/9
Rinse blanched cedar in cold water
STEP 8/9
You can put it on a sieve and remove the water
If you're in a hurry, remove the water with your hands
STEP 9/9
You can mix it with the sauce
It's delicious
The savory scent is the best
It's just delicious
The seasoning was perfect, too
You can adjust it to your taste!
Seomcho is sweeter than spinach
It's better to season it lightly. :)
