Making low-carbohydrate, low-calorie noodle tofu super simple jj
Jjolmyeon on a diet! It sounds ridiculous, but it's not. As of today, I'm a dieter who lost 11kg in two months. Rather than holding back what I wanted to eat while on a diet, I changed my recipe to a low-calorie, low-carb style and ate it. This is how I maintain my diet, so it's much better to maintain my diet. The average calories of regular jjolmyeon are 600 to 700 kcal, so it's too much to eat while dieting. You can make jjolmyeon with tofu noodles with less than 300 kcal and eat it deliciously. Then I'll try to make it :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I'll take a pack of noodle tofu out of the water and put it on the strainer tray.
STEP 2/7
Blanch 2 tablespoons of water in a pot for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds and rinse in cold water to boil bean sprouts!
STEP 3/7
It's sad if you don't have cabbage in Jjolmyeon, but I used two cabbage slices at home because I don't have cabbage. I prepared 4 perilla leaves and 3 carrots
STEP 4/7
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. The sauce is a recipe for 1.5 to 2 people. Depending on your taste, depending on the amount of vegetables, you sometimes add more sauce. I think it would be good for those who make 1 serving of Jjolmyeon to make 2 servings of sauce.
STEP 5/7
You can plate the prepared vegetables on the tofu and add the sauce to eat them well.
STEP 6/7
It's hard to rub with your toes! If you rub it with your hands, you can rub it well.
STEP 7/7
I put in 4.5 tablespoons of sauce and mix it well. Taste it and add the sauce to your taste.
You can reduce your calorie and carbohydrate intake by more than half by changing just one ingredient in a regular diet. Enjoy your meal!
