Kimchi stew and ramen noodles

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces and cut pork into big pieces. Shred onion and slice green onion diagonally.
STEP 2/5
Stir-fry pork and half a cup of water in a hot pot and add 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine to remove the smell of pork. Add kimchi and stir-fry it together.

Add onions and boil 4 cups of water.
STEP 4/5
When the soup starts to boil, add a tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, tofu, and green onion.
STEP 5/5
The soup already has a basic seasoning, so cook it with half a bag of ramen powder and one ramen noodle.
If you stir-fry pork only with water, not oil, vinegar takes over when there is no more light and sour kimchi.
