Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 onion slices and seasoning and marinate the day before. Then, the cucumber and onion are marinated in the sauce, and the spicy taste of the onion goes away and it becomes sweet and sour
* Seasoning ingredients: 2T soy sauce, 2T cooking wine, 1T vinegar, 1t sesame oil, 1t red pepper paste, 1 pinch of red pepper powder, 1T sugar

Next day, tear 40g of cooked chicken breast to taste and marinate together
*I tend to use the leftover chicken skin the next day

In a rice cooker, break the noodles so that they can be soaked in water. Pour boiling water so that the noodles can be soaked and reheat for 9 minutes to make the noodles will be cooked properly

Remove starch and wash in cold water to lower the temperature

Place pickled vegetables and chicken and add 2 or 3 spoons of seasoning soup to taste. Sprinkle sesame seeds and a handful of chopped green onions and mix them well
