After 6 hours and 30 minutes, it is red ginseng and black garlic that are well pickled in honey.

It is good to take only the ingredients of red ginseng and black garlic, dry them, and eat them as 'Jeonggwa' and 'Red Ginseng Black Garlic Honey Tea' for honey juice.
The appropriate intake of black garlic is 1 to 3g per day, and black garlic does not show an improvement effect if consumed for a short period of time like red ginseng, so it is recommended to continue to consume the appropriate amount.
