STEP 1/8
It's called Gongsimchae because it's empty inside
It's called Morning Glory
Morning glory doesn't have a scent, so it doesn't seem like Southeast Asian food
Wash Gongsimchae in running water several times
You can soak it in vinegar or wash it in running water
STEP 2/8
Chop the green onions
There was ground garlic, so I replaced it with ground garlic
If you have garlic, hit it with the back of a knife
STEP 3/8
I recommend that you put enough oil on the stir-fried Gongsimchae
Put 3T of oil on it
Add one green onion and 1T of ground garlic and add green onion oil
STEP 4/8
Cut the washed morning glory separately from the stem and leaves
Since the stem is hard, stir-fry it first
STEP 5/8
You can stir-fry the remaining heat on the leaves
When the green onion oil comes up, put the stem first and stir-fry it
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry the stems over high heat, add the leaves, adjust the salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce
Even if you turn off the heat and stir-fry it, the leaves will die quickly :)
You can use fish sauce or fish sauce
to one's liking
STEP 7/8
Cut a red pepper and put it in
You can add Vietnamese pepper or dried pepper. Use this and that
STEP 8/8
Add red pepper and heat it up
It's done
Vietnam, Philippines taste. Stir-fried Gongsimchae is done
The smell of garlic is the key to stir-fried morning glory. :)
