STEP 1/8
Blanch the Kilbasa sausage slightly in boiling water to remove impurities.
STEP 2/8
Make the sauce by adding 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, soybean paste, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
STEP 3/8
Wash a handful of bean sprouts and add onions, zucchini, and potatoes to make it easier to eat. I added some mushrooms, too. It's good to add a little bit of kimchi, but I forgot. Cut a can of spam on top of the vegetables, and put the Kilbasa sausage in small cuts.
STEP 4/8
Pour in the 1,000 won Ottogi beef bone soup.
STEP 5/8
Add the seasoning on top and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/8
Taste it when it's almost cooked. I put in 100ml of water because I thought it was a little salty.
STEP 7/8
Cut the water parsley and put it on top.
STEP 8/8
Add pepper powder and green onion and it's done!
If you cut the Kilbasa sausage with scissors at the end, it's so delicious.
