Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl

Add the cold butter and chop with a scraper until it is the size of a red bean

Add the chestnut paste-raw cream mixture, mixing until no raw powder is visible

Lightly pat until dough is a lump
STEP 5/9
Add small pieces of chestnuts and mix well
STEP 6/9
Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour

Bake at 190C for 15 minutes or 170C for 5-10 minutes

Transfer to cooling net and let cool
