STEP 1/7
The salty taste of red pepper paste and soy sauce varies from house to house, so please adjust it to your taste.
I'm going to add ripe kimchi and stir-fry it together later, so it's good to make it not salty.
Add a spoonful of plum extract to catch the smell of meat and sweeten it with oligosaccharide.
Because ripe kimchi is sour, it fills the sweetness with oligosaccharide rather than plum extract.
STEP 2/7
If you don't have time, you can make it delicious with just the seasoning above,
You can make a sweet and savory seasoning if you add onions, age them, and stir-fry them.
Cut an onion and grind it in a blender.
If you think it's too dry at this time, put plum extract and cooking wine in here and grind it.
If it's too hard, you can add a spoon or two of water.
STEP 3/7
Pour the ground onion into the red pepper paste sauce and mix it.
STEP 4/7
I'll mix the pork with the stir-fried spicy pork sauce.
Mix the meat evenly so that the sauce is cut well.
Please let the seasoned pork ripen in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
It's ground with raw onions, so it's much better when the arin is removed and aged.
STEP 5/7
Prepare ripe kimchi.
I prepared about two handfuls.
Fried kimchi with meat oil is a delicacy!
STEP 6/7
Stir-fry meat, kimchi, and green onions together.
You don't have to stir-fry it separately. Just stir-fry it all!
STEP 7/7
It's good just eating kimchi stir-fried pork
It's so delicious like tofu kimchi if you eat it with tofu.
It tastes great with perilla oil and grilled tofu!
