STEP 1/7
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
I cut it into small pieces to make it easy to mix with butter.
I like the scent of chives because they're really strong and fresh.
STEP 2/7
I put butter in the refrigerator and it was hard, so I put it in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
Just use softened butter at room temperature.
I'm going to make it a salt-free butter. I'm going to add a pinch of salt,
Sweet honey is added, but it's delicious even if you add oligosaccharide, condensed milk, and sugar instead.
STEP 3/7
I put in a spoonful of cream cheese.
The slightly sour cream cheese and chives go well together.
I think it plays a role of seasoning that brings out the flavor.
STEP 4/7
Add 4-5 spoons of chives.
Adjust the amount of chives to suit your taste.
I really like the scent of chives, so I put in a lot.
STEP 5/7
It's good to use for baguette or to make bread that you can buy easily.
STEP 6/7
Spread evenly on top of bread with chives butter sauce.
I applied it thickly, and the scent of chives was really good.
I'll apply it generously.
STEP 7/7
Cut the size of the bread as you want.
After baking, the bread becomes hard, so you can cut it into smaller pieces if you want to eat it with your children.
Bake until golden brown.
I baked it in a mini oven for about 8-10 minutes.
You can bake it in an air fryer!
If you bake it for a long time, the bread will become too hard, so bake it until it is crispy.
