Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Season the pork neck.
I didn't season it hard to eat it with steak sauce.
I sprinkled salt and pepper just enough to make the meat taste better.
It is also good to put oil on the surface of the meat so that the moisture doesn't evaporate while you season it.

I prepared garlic and asparagus that are delicious when grilled with pork neck.
Steak garnish with asparagus is so good. Haha
Vegetables baked in meat oil seem to like the sweet taste of vegetables more.
STEP 3/8
Chop the onion to fry with the steak sauce and prepare it.
It can help with the greasy taste of the meat, so I stir-fried onions and ate it together.
I think onions and meat go well together. ^^
STEP 4/8
Let's make pork neck steak sauce.
Adjust to taste sweet and sour.
You can use steak sauce instead of pork cutlet sauce.
If the pork cutlet/steak sauce has a strong sour taste, omit the balsamic vinegar.
STEP 5/8
Add enough oil and stir-fry onions.
I fried it with avocado oil.
The scent is softer than olive oil, so it goes well with the food.
When the onion is out of breath, add the steak sauce and stir-fry it together.
Stir-fry over low heat so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 6/8
Make cuts before grilling steak.
It also prevents the meat from drying while grilling, and you can eat it with a softer meat texture.
I personally like the texture of pork neck, so I didn't cut it tightly.
It is said that if you make a good cut, you can cut the tendon of the meat and eat it softly.

I put rosemary on top and baked it together to make it taste like steak and a little bit of spices.
If you want to make the herb smell stronger, keep it between the meat when you season it.
I like the strong flavor of meat, so I only put it in when it's grilled.
STEP 8/8
Let's eat it together with grilled pork neck on the bottom of the onion steak sauce.
You can put sauce on top of the meat,
It's better to put sauce on the bottom to control the amount of sauce you want.
