STEP 1/4
Soak dried seaweed with salt in the water. Drain and add 1 spoon of green light and 1/2 cup flour and mix the seaweed.
STEP 2/4
Grease pan and fry at 160-170 degrees until seaweed is crispy.
STEP 3/4
Stir-fry 1/2 teaspoon of green onion and 1 teaspoon of grape seed oil in shredded carrots and pickle 1 teaspoon of green onion. Cut the pickled radish in half and slice the fried tofu.
STEP 4/4
Put seasoned rice, pickled radish, carrot, cucumber, fried tofu, and seaweed fries in the order of seaweed and it's done!
When dried seaweed is soaked, it increases in volume by 10 times. Dry seaweed is processed after steaming once, so you have to soak it with salt to preserve the original taste as much as possible. If grape seed oil is used to dry-cook seaweed, the original savory taste of seaweed increases and the light flavor increases.
