Add bean sprouts and stir-fry. I added 2 tablespoons of tsuyu and seasoned it. If you don't have tsuyu, you can add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, etc. similar to other soy sauce.

On the other side, they were blanching udon in boiling water. You can blanch the chopsticks gently while loosening them. Put it on a strainer and drain it!!

Put the blanched udon in the frying pan!! Two tablespoons of tzuyu!! If it's bland after tasting it, add a little salt. Sprinkle sesame seeds and wrap it up!! If you want something spicy, add red pepper.
