Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Chop one and a half onions well.
STEP 2/9
I'm going to make you a sauce.
Add red pepper powder 1.5T, salted shrimp 1.5T, oyster sauce 2T, soy sauce 1.5T, soybean paste 1.5T, red pepper paste 2T, minced garlic 1.5T, 1 1/2 and mix well.

Prepare beef with a kitchen towel to get rid of the color.

Put the deflated beef into the sauce and marinate it for 20-30 minutes.

Cut only the stem of the water parsley, 2 handfuls,
Prepare oyster mushrooms by tearing them apart.

Cut the green onion in half and chop it.

You can put oyster mushroom, green onion, marinated beef, and glass noodles on top of it.

Lastly, add the octopus, add 300ml of water, and bring to a boil.

If you cut Cheongyang red pepper on top of the octopus, it's done.
If you like spicy food, you can add more chili peppers. It's even better if you make wasabi soy sauce and dip it in it. Add as much glass noodles as you like.
