Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
Please prepare the ingredients first.

Chop the carrots and green onions for the omelet.
Kids don't like carrots, but at times like this!

Put 4 eggs in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, chopped carrots and chopped green onions and mix well to make egg water.
You don't need to add salt because it's salty, but if you want to add it, please add 1/3 tablespoon.

Cut the spam into quarters.
If possible, cut all four to a certain thickness.

Add a little cooking oil to the pan and cook the spam back and forth until golden.

When the spam is cooked, remove it to another plate and roll the eggs without adding any cooking oil. Roll the egg and roll it slightly wide, pressing it with a fritter tender.
: The width of the egg roll should be roughly the same as the width of the spam.

Cut the perilla leaves in half lengthwise.

Wash the spam cans clean and place the plastic wrap or sanitary bag in the container.
Add rice to the bowl for 0.5 to 1cm, spread it evenly, and press it down to shape it.
Place the baked spam on top of it, then place 2 perilla leaves (half 4).
And put the egg roll on it.
Put it in order and press it down.

Lastly, cover the top with rice again about 0.5 to 1cm, spread evenly, and press down.

Pull the plastic wrap (or plastic bag) in the container and separate it from the spam container.

Cut the laver in half lengthwise and lengthwise, place the rice taken out of the spam container on top of it, wrap the laver like pulling it, stick the rice and laver together, and roll the gimbap with your hands.
