Salted octopus, pickled octopus capellini with perilla oil, maki
Salted octopus capellini is my style of cooking that has a fantastic visual compared to simple ingredients and easy recipes! Originally, salted octopus capellini should use a thin capellini like noodles, but I couldn't get it at a nearby mart, so I used regular spaghetti noodles!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add a little salt, and boil the pasta noodles.
STEP 2/10
Drain well-cooked pasta noodles and place in a bowl.
STEP 3/10
Add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil, mix, and leave at room temperature for a while until the noodles cool.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients while the pasta noodles cool.
First, cut the top of the perilla leaf and roll it

Slice as thinly as possible.

Then, put the sliced perilla leaves in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of perilla seed powder, and mix well.

Cut the salted octopus into bite-sized pieces and mix it with 1 tablespoon of perilla oil.

Now it's time for plating!
Put the cooled pasta noodles neatly in a bowl

On top of that, gently place perilla leaves mixed with perilla leaf powder.

Lastly, put salted octopus on top and sprinkle sesame seeds with a mortar or palm to complete the salted octopus capellini!
Salted octopus capellini goes really well with beer or wine.
