Cut bok choy, sausage, and garlic into bite-size pieces. (See Handing Video)
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry 2T of cooking oil and sliced garlic in the wok.
STEP 4/6
If there's a savory smell of garlic, I'll fry the sausage until it's golden
STEP 5/6
When the sausage turns golden, add bok choy and stir-fry it, and when it dies, add 1.5T of oyster sauce and 0.5T of thick soy sauce,
STEP 6/6
Stir-fry it over high heat, and it's done!!
