Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, trim the ingredients to the right size.
Make green onions thin for green onion oil and thick for the contents!
STEP 2/9
Add enough oil and add enough green onion oil first.
STEP 3/9
Stir-fry pork in green onion oil until white, and if the color changes, add dark soy sauce and stir-fry as if cooking.

Add the hard carrots and stir-fry together.
If you want a dark red color, stir-fry half of the red pepper powder now. Otherwise, later!

Now, add all the onions and cabbages and rummage.
STEP 6/9
Add chili powder and stir-fry until moderately dry.
(If you want a dark red color, add half of the red pepper powder 3 or 4 times.)
Add chicken stock and oyster sauce and rummage and add water right away!

If there is broth, broth is good, but just add water and boil it until the ingredients are submerged.
Add tree ear mushrooms and squid!
I only used squid legs.

If it's boiling, season it with salt!

It's boiling well, right? Turn it off and boil it again before eating.
Today, I'm not eating noodles, but I have cold rice, so I'll heat it up and put it on top of the rice!
