Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put the two oils and soy milk in a mixing bowl and mix them well.(Use of whisk)

Add flour, whole wheat flour, almond powder, and baking powder and sift them down to prepare
Add the pre-mixed liquid ingredients to the powder ingredients and mix them with a frugal spatula.

When blended to a certain extent, use your hands to form a lump of dough
STEP 4/6
Place on paper foil and press wide to cover paper foil again and refrigerate
At least 30 minutes!
STEP 5/6
Roll the dough with a rolling pin and dip it in a cookie cutter.
Thickness is 3mm. Push evenly with a rolling pin
The cookie dough doesn't taste good if you keep kneading it, so it's good to dip it as much as possible from the first dough
Roll the remaining dough and dip it again
STEP 6/6
You can bake it at 180 for 10 to 14 minutes
