STEP 1/24
I'm going to make scrambled eggs first.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add 0.5T of sugar and 1/5ts of salt.
STEP 2/24
Mix it well with a chopstick.
STEP 3/24
Turn the heat to low and melt the butter in the pan.
STEP 4/24
Pour the egg mixture and stir with chopsticks to make scrambled eggs.
STEP 5/24
Place scrambled eggs in the middle of the bread and make them lump together. At first, stir with chopsticks, and when it's cooked to a certain extent, lump it together into the size of bread, and turn off the heat when it looks slightly undercooked, as shown in the picture.
STEP 6/24
Next, make egg water for the bread.
In a large bowl for bread, beat well with 2 eggs, 2 spoons of milk, half spoon of sugar, and a little bit of salt.
STEP 7/24
I will make an apple sauce that will make French toast more special. :)
Put a tablespoon of apple jam, half a spoon of mayonnaise, half a spoon of sugar, one spoon of lemon juice, and one teaspoon of basil powder in a bowl.
STEP 8/24
Mix it with a spoon so that the ingredients are mixed well, and the apple sauce is savory and sweet. :)
This apple sauce is good with bread toast and it's really good with sandwiches or toast.
Make sure to make it!!
STEP 9/24
Grease the pan slightly and spread the bacon the size of the bread as shown in the picture (the gas light is not on)
STEP 10/24
Put a sheet of bread on the front and back with plenty of egg water.
STEP 11/24
On the other side, put a lot of apple sauce on one side.
STEP 12/24
Put egg water on the back of the apple sauce.
STEP 13/24
Place the bread with apple sauce on top of the bacon on the bottom with egg wash as shown in the picture.
STEP 14/24
And then put it on the scramble.
STEP 15/24
On top of that, put the bread soaked in egg water back and put it back and forth.
STEP 16/24
Turn the gas stove to the lowest heat and pour all the remaining egg water into the pan.
When the egg mixture is half cooked, lift the egg with a fritter tender and stick all four sides to the side of the bread.
STEP 17/24
Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes and turn over.
STEP 18/24
Cover and cook over low heat for another 3 minutes.
STEP 19/24
Cook for about 30 seconds with sides slightly raised to prevent bread from loosening.
STEP 20/24
Turn the bread upside down again.
STEP 21/24
Cover it and cook it on low heat for 3 more minutes, and it's done :)
STEP 22/24
Bake the remaining bacon back and forth until golden.
STEP 23/24
The finished French toast can be plated as a whole, and I cut it in half in a triangular shape so that the cross section can be seen :)
The cross-section looks thick and delicious with a lot of scrambled eggs.
STEP 24/24
The finished French toast is decorated with parsley powder
I also added maple syrup to maximize the sweet taste :)
A cup of hot coffee would make it a better home brunch, right
* It is baked by coating the egg mixture on the front and back, so cover it over low heat and cook it enough.
