As I made side dishes for children, I thought about how to give fish cakes that I am worried about being greasy healthy, so I blanch them in water once, remove the grease, season them without oil, and make stir-fried fish cakes for children deliciously.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and prepare the onions by peeling and chopping them.
STEP 2/6
I blanched the fish cake once in water to remove the fat and make it soft.
STEP 3/6
Drain with a sieve.
STEP 4/6
Put 3T of water and 0.5T of soy sauce in a frying pan and turn on the heat over low heat. The sauce boils up quickly. Add fish cake and onions and stir-fry until onions are cooked.

Stir-fry the onions until they are cooked, turn off the gas, add honey (oligosaccharide) and sesame oil
STEP 6/6
Put it in a side dish container and sprinkle sesame salt. Stir-fried fish cake for a soft-looking baby just by looking at it, blanch it once and make it delicious.
Add more soy sauce to the liver. I made it healthier and more delicious using honey.
