Ppupa ppong curry that you must eat when you travel to Thailand! I made and ate it at home because I overcame COVID-19. It's so good I should make it often!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Prepare two packs of blue crabs. (I bought cut crab from Curly, you can also eat crab meat for convenience!!)

Wash the blue crab.

Mix together minced garlic and starch. (It's more luxurious if you do it like this, even with crab meat!)
STEP 4/15
Cut potatoes, onions, and mushrooms into bite-size pieces and stir-fry them in a heated pan with pepper.

Add 300ml of water and 4 servings of curry powder when cooked to a certain extent.

It became a thick curry.

Boil 200ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of anchovy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Beat in the egg on one end of the curry and mix with the curry while cooking.

Delicious egg curry is done.

Bake the starchy blue crab in a heated pan.

You can fry it completely, but the oil is a waste, so I put the lid on the pan and steamed it like it's.

If you use crab meat instead of crab, you can really enjoy the delicacy. If you want a more exotic taste, you can add one or two tablespoons of vinegar! It's really very delicious
