I really wanted to eat Korean chicken while living in Germany, so I made it myself. I couldn't get chicken powder, so I made my own fried chicken powder.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
1. Cut the cleanly washed chicken into large pieces and cut the flesh with a knife in between.
STEP 2/6
2. Mix 2ts of salt, 2ts of sugar, 1ts of ginger powder, 1ts of garlic powder, 1ts of pepper, 1ts of MSG, and 500ml of milk well and age the chicken for about 6 hours.

3. Put 1kg of flour, 10-12TS of corn starch, 4ts of salt, MSG2ts, 2ts of paprika powder, 2ts of nutmeg powder, 4ts of onion powder, 6ts of garlic powder, 2ts of pepper powder, 2ts of baking powder, and 2ts of sugar in a large bowl and mix evenly.

4. Take a little bit of the fried chicken powder made in No. 3 and make a fried dough. The ratio is chicken powder: water = 1:1.5
STEP 5/6
5. Spread the dough evenly on the chicken and coat the chicken powder evenly. Pat the powder gently and coat it.
STEP 6/6
6. In 180 degrees of oil (oil is used by mixing olive oil and regular oil), fry the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes, remove it, cool it for a while, and fry it again for about 4 minutes.

    Awesome recipe!!! Following this recipe, the whole part became chicken legs and became very soft. It's not salty and it's perfect. A quarter of each chicken powder is just enough.
