Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I'll make rice balls using anchovy side dishes at home. I made a slightly spicy and salty stir-fried anchovies with soy sauce and ate it. Red stir-fried spicy anchovies are good, too!

Roll the tofu into 2-3 layers of kitchen towel and press down to remove moisture.

Mash the dehydrated tofu. Chop the cabbage very finely.

Mix all the ingredients well.

If you don't want to make it into a rice ball, you can just eat it like bibimbap.

It's a low-calorie diet that reduces the amount of rice and replaces tofu and cabbage. If you want to eat regular food, you can make it by increasing the amount of rice except tofu.
