Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare the gungchae by cutting it into appropriate lengths, shred the onions, and chop the green and red peppers.
STEP 2/4
Add perilla oil, minced garlic, fish sauce, and oyster sauce to the raw palace vegetable and mix them well.
STEP 3/4
Grease a frying pan with green onion oil, add gungchae or water, add 2 cups of water and 4T of perilla seed powder, and boil over high heat until it boils.
STEP 4/4
When the dish boils, stir-fry it over medium heat for about 15 minutes, and when there are 5 minutes left, add onions and green and red peppers and cook.
Gungchae or stir-fried water can always be taken out of the freezer and cooked simply. Gungchae doesn't change its taste even if it is defrosted in the freezer, but it's more crunchy. On a late autumn night, have a refreshing gungchae and a delicious meal.
