Tteokbokki with muss
It's a series of mussels^^ I added mussels to the national snack tteokbokki It's my usual tteokbokki, but with mussels I feel like I've been reborn with a new and cool menu! Tteokbokki party all together^^

Ingredients
  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    1pack
  • Mussels
    10~15ea
  • Cabbage
    1/6pack
  • square fish cake
    2piece
  • egg
    2ea
  • leek
    1ea
  • red pepper paste
    2T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • Soy sauce
    1~2T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Starch syrup
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add tteokbokki to the mussel broth
STEP 2/7
Add the sauce and bring to a boil
STEP 3/7
When the rice cake is getting cooked, cut the cabbage, green onion and white part
STEP 4/7
Add fish cake if you like
STEP 5/7
When it starts to boil, add green onions, red pepper, boiled mussels and boiled eggs
Boil it for 2 to 3 more minutes, boil it down, and wrap it up
STEP 6/7
Mussels tteokbokki is done!
(I also cut the boiled egg in half. The color is pretty, right?^^)

If you boil it with 1T of tomato ketchup, the sour taste disappears and the flavor comes alive Add 1T of soy sauce.
