[Diet] Low-calorie, ultra-simple basil enoki mushroom pasta with
You know that the texture of enoki mushrooms is really good, right? You just have to try it without asking or arguing!! It's really good and you can eat it full. Just changing one ingredient from a regular diet makes it a great diet. The diet meals I'm eating are menus that have changed from regular recipes to low-carb and low-calorie styles. That's why my diet doesn't collapse easily. There's a big difference between a regular diet and a diet diet! Let's go on a diet while eating reliable and deliciously :)

Ingredients
  • enoki mushroom
    2pack
  • Paprika
    little
  • Sesame leaf
    2~3piece
  • Black Olive
    1~2piece
  • Basil pesto
    1ts
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I don't use oil or salt. In a heated frying pan, 2 bags of enoki mushrooms FLEX! Whole pepper grating~ Start baking enoki mushrooms.
STEP 2/4
When the enoki mushroom is almost done, I chopped up some paprika and put it in.
STEP 3/4
Add 1 small bottle of basil pesto sauce and mix well.
STEP 4/4
Cut the black olive slices and slice the perilla leaves thinly and it's done. This recipe is a menu that's disappointing if perilla leaves are left out. It goes really well with perilla leaves.
If you change enoki mushrooms to pasta noodles, you can enjoy them in a regular style :)
