STEP 1/19
Prepare lettuce and tomatoes.
STEP 2/19
Remove lettuce one by one and slice tomatoes.
STEP 3/19
Sandwiches have to be filled with onions. Slice the onions, too. I used half of the onions left after using them.
STEP 4/19
Put the onion in cold water to get rid of the arin taste.
STEP 5/19
Make the sauce for the sandwich. He mixed the tartar sauce with honey mustard to make the sauce. I used tartar sauce because it's seafood, but you can only put one of the two. If you have minced pickles here, it's more refreshing and delicious if you mix them.
STEP 6/19
It's grain chiabatta. I'm going to stir it in half and bake it.
STEP 7/19
Squid cutlet is included, but for the salty taste, bacon will also be baked.
STEP 8/19
I also prepared blueberry jam. I'm going to put it on one side of the Ciabatta.
STEP 9/19
First, bake bacon in an air fryer.
STEP 10/19
Put butter in a heated pan and melt it.
STEP 11/19
When the butter is completely melted, bake the ciabatta. Please grill it a little bit. I want it to be softer. You don't need to grill the outside.
STEP 12/19
Spread blueberry jam on one side of the baked grain chiabatta.
STEP 13/19
Put lettuce on top of it.
STEP 14/19
And I'd like the bacon on top.
STEP 15/19
Add tomatoes and onions.
STEP 16/19
Cut the fried squid cutlet in half and put it on top. If you put a lump in half, it's all in.
STEP 17/19
Place sliced cheese on top. The cheese melts because it's freshly fried squid cutlet.
STEP 18/19
Sprinkle the sauce over the cheese and close it with one side of the ciabatta.
STEP 19/19
Put the squid cutlet sandwich on the parchment paper and it's done. You can add chili sauce to your taste. Or you can sprinkle hot sauce on it and eat it spicy.
