Mix the sifted powder evenly, then divide the whipped cream into 2-3 times and mix as if cutting with a spatula.

If the powder becomes invisible to some extent, put it in a plastic bag, fold the dough in the plastic bag, and let it rest in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.

Put it in an oven preheated to 200C and bake it for 20 to 23 minutes.
The biggest tip is to keep the dough cold.
There may be no problem in the cold winter, but in the hot summer, please harden it in the refrigerator or freezer often.
