Cooking Steps

Chop chop chop chop for kimchi and onion! Please chop it into small pieces and prepare it. I couldn't put it in because I didn't have green onions, but every fried rice tastes much better with sliced green onions.

Start frying minced kimchi and onions in a heated pan without oil. If you have green onions, please add them now.

Kimchi and onion are almost dry, so they will start to stick together. Add tofu with 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
