How to make jujube ginger tea (Hi, cold~!)
Warm coffee is good in winter, but am I the only one who thinks of healthy tea that can prevent colds? I think I'm looking for a variety of immune-related foods this year. Today, we will learn how to make jujube ginger tea by making the pyeongang pretty and adding jujube with the remaining kkongdari (the bumpy part).

Ingredients
  • jujube
  • Ginger
  • Sugar
  • Honey
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
The ginger left after making ginger pyeongang is not consistent in shape, so it is difficult to use it as it is. These ginger can be used to cook food while being chopped together and stored in the freezer, but you can also enjoy it as a jujube ginger tea by adding sugar or honey to the jujube.
STEP 2/14
Put the ugly parts of ginger together and chop them into small pieces. If you chop it as small as possible, the ginger will come out a lot, right?
STEP 3/14
The way I make it is to prepare ingredients that you can boil right away. Disinfect two small bottles with hot water. Turn the bottle upside down and put it in boiling water. It's hard to take it out, so it's better to use tongs to turn the bottle over toward the entrance first, then aggregate it and put it up. You can prepare the ingredients while waiting for the remaining heat to dissipate all the water in the bottle.
STEP 4/14
Spread a spoonful of sugar on the bottom of the bottle. In the case of jujube, if you use raw jujube, you can get much more water, but I have it because it's dry jujube, so I fill it up with jujube and put chopped ginger on it.
STEP 5/14
It looks like you can just scoop it up because there are two fine-colored ingredients, but it's a jujube ginger tea ingredient that you can eat by taking out a bottle of water and boiling it for 30 to 40 minutes while storing it in the refrigerator.
STEP 6/14
Pour sugar over the top. I thought it would be too sweet with jujube, so I put in about two spoons of sugar.
STEP 7/14
I couldn't make it with only two ingredients that were completely dry, so I poured a little bit of honey on top. If water comes out from room temperature, keep it in the refrigerator.
STEP 8/14
It'll take some time to melt. The bottle size is small, so shake off the bottle, pour water into the kettle, and boil it to complete the delicious jujube ginger tea. You can adjust the boiling time by looking at the color of the water. There's already sugar in it, so you don't have to add sweets.
STEP 9/14
Jujube ginger tea has only prepared ingredients so that you can boil it right away, not green tea, and the reason why sugar and honey are added is to serve as preservatives. You can boil it and eat it within a week. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium low heat for more than 30 minutes. If you have a filter, please filter it out and give it to the car to complete the tea.
STEP 10/14
Put the finished jujube ginger tea in a pot and boil it with water.
STEP 11/14
It's a lot of color. Because it's finely chopped, you can feel the strong taste of ginger.
STEP 12/14
Boil it on high heat. When it boils up, lower the heat to medium low and boil for more than 30 minutes.
STEP 13/14
Support the shredded jujube ginger tea and filter it out.
STEP 14/14
As expected, the color is beautiful and the strong ginger and jujube scent are still alive. Today, we learned how to make jujube ginger tea.
1. You can make jujube ginger tea using the uneven parts left after making the pyeonyang. 2. To make jujube ginger tea, add jujube, ginger, and sugar, boil it over high heat, and when it starts to boil, change the heat to medium-low heat and boil it for more than 30 minutes. 3. The jujube ginger tea that I made is good for you to filter it out once and drink it as a tea, and I made it mainly in a way that makes it much better.
