First, I'll preheat the oven to 200C and start. Take out a pack of 80g of ssam tofu and press it with your palms to remove moisture.

Place the paper foil on the oven pan and arrange the wrap tofu so that it does not overlap. Bake in a preheated oven for 14 minutes.

While ssam tofu is being baked, I will mix all the sauce ingredients to make butter garlic sauce. The salt-free butter should be in a soft condition by being taken out at room temperature, but it's okay if it's not. You can microwave it for 7 to 10 seconds.

It's most important to work on the oven first. You have to cook it crispy to spread garlic butter sauce and bake it again. When you take a bite, it goes like this! It needs to be broken to cook well. If it's not tough or crispy, cook it more.

If the first batch is well-baked, use a cooking brush to coat the front and back of the finished ssam tofu with butter garlic sauce. Be careful not to spread the sauce too thickly.

Return the garlic-buttered tofu to the oven, set the temperature to 200C, and bake for about 2-4 minutes. If you grill it for 2 minutes, check the condition, and grill it for 1 more minute, it's crispy and delicious.
The baking time and temperature can vary depending on the type and condition of the oven. I think we need to find the right baking time by referring to the baking time of the recipe. I'm using Samsung HSB-C420HS built-in oven. Please refer to it lightly.
