Grandma's Spicy Marinated Crab (Frozen Crab)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
We don't have biological crabs in the U.S., so I made it with frozen crabs
Defrost frozen crabs until they fall at room temperature and wash them lightly with cold water. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of refined rice wine and let stand for a while while making the sauce.
The crab in the picture is 2 packs and 1.4kg
The other half is for soy sauce marinated crab

Put the amount of seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
4T of red pepper powder is mixed with 2 fine and 2 thick, but it's okay to use only thick ones
STEP 3/5
Taste the well-mixed seasoning and add or subtract sugar, ginger, and soy sauce to taste
If you have red pepper, it will look more delicious.
STEP 4/5
Add the crab to the finished seasoning and mix gently.
You don't have to wash Cheongju separately
STEP 5/5
Put the marinated crab in a container and let it ripen for a day, then eat it the next day
You don't have to defrost frozen crabs completely when making marinated crab. If it's a pack of 700g frozen crab, it's about two people to eat it deliciously (4 servings)

    I made it today and I'm going to eat it tomorrow. I should have mixed the crab in the bowl, but I added it, so I just mixed it with the crab, and the crab melted water and rice wine became a bit watery I checked it in the middle and threw it away, but it's thinner than the original one I'll try to dot the area next time
