How to make Jeolla-do-style sweet and sour skate with domestic s

Sometimes, I wanted to eat seasoned skate, so I bought and ate it, but it was too expensive and there weren't a few skate in it, so I've been ordering domestic fermented Mokpo skate and Heuksando skate on the Internet for some time.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/21

I made it even before the skate arrived.
Please cut two little fingers into the size.

I'll put the skate in a bowl and put it in makgeolli to make it more chewy. You have to soak it in makgeolli to make it more chewy and it also catches the smell.(Just the way it's been)
Soak in makgeolli for about 30 minutes

Cut the green onions, carrots, and onions into long pieces.

Water parsley is expensive. .
But I couldn't help but put water parsley in the seasoned skate, so I bought one. I'm only going to use a third of the stem.

I'm going to put in the edible glacial acetic acid. If you season skate with vinegar, there will be too much water, so you only use glacial acetic acid when you season skate. Honestly, if I don't add acetic acid, it doesn't taste like what I like because I'm used to it.
If you don't like glacial acetic acid, please add double vinegar.
Please add a spoonful of glacial acetic acid.
