STEP 1/6
Prepare the commercially available Chodang soft tofu. (Unlike other lumpy soft tofu, the texture is excellent! I bought it cheaply on Homeplus due to the deadline.)
STEP 2/6
Songsongseol stir-fry green onions and two tablespoons of minced garlic in oil.
STEP 3/6
Add three tablespoons of red pepper powder and stir-fry them together.
STEP 4/6
Cut the prepared ingredients (one-fourth onion, one-third zucchini, three mushrooms, eight slices of radish, eight shrimp, and two crab sticks) into bite-size pieces and stir-. I put in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce when I stir-fry it.
STEP 5/6
Pour in Chodang soft tofu as it is when it is slightly cooked.I also added 250ml of water. Add a tablespoon of anchovy sauce. (The anchovy sauce makes it taste better)
STEP 6/6
Boil it and taste it. If you need more red pepper powder or soy sauce, add it. (I added two tablespoons of red pepper powder at the end to make it spicy. Taste it and control it!) Lastly, add a bit of water parsley and boil it for a bit more.
It's super simple. It's so delicious. It's Gangneung Chodang's jjamsoon!! The point is to stir-fry it in oil and boil it. It's so delicious. Make sure to make it hot when it gets cold these days.
