STEP 1/8
When the water boils, add dried bracken and boil it
STEP 2/8
Boil it over medium heat for about 30 minutes so that it won't be tough because it will come undone if you boil it for too long. The second method is to soak it in water and boil it to reduce the time to boil it.
STEP 3/8
When it's boiled, turn off the heat and leave it as it is, remove the fishy smell, and wash it in cold water when it gets soft
STEP 4/8
Wash it in cold water and drain it.
STEP 5/8
Mix perilla oil, soy sauce, salted fish sauce, minced garlic, and sesame seeds in a hollow pan. Add perilla powder later
STEP 6/8
Let it marinate for about 10 minutes so that the seasoning is soaked, then turn on the heat and stir-fry bracken.
STEP 7/8
Stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add 1/4 paper cups of water and stir-fry. The amount of water is adjusted according to the bracken condition, but if you add some water and stir-fry it, the bracken will be more softened
STEP 8/8
When it's done, turn off the heat and add the sliced green onions and mix them evenly. When you add perilla seed powder, add green onions and stir-fry them evenly.
