STEP 1/13
Wash 1 1/2 cup (300ml) of rice and soak for 20 minutes.
STEP 2/13
Season the steak with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with plenty of olive oil.
(I put rosemary on top of the steak.)
STEP 3/13
Slice 2 garlic into pieces, and chop 2 garlic into pieces.
Slice shiitake mushrooms and chop chives.
(I only had dried shiitake mushrooms at home, so I called them and used them.)
STEP 4/13
Melt half a spoon of butter in a skillet or skillet and stir-fry minced garlic.
STEP 5/13
Drain the soaked rice and stir-fry together, then add water and shiitake mushrooms and cook rice.
STEP 6/13
Grease a pan with cooking oil and fry the sliced garlic.
When the color comes out, sift out the oil.
STEP 7/13
Heat the pan with plenty of cooking oil or olive oil.
Add the steaks and cook back and forth until crisp. (1 minute and 30 seconds each)
Reduce heat to low and cook to the core.
STEP 8/13
Wrap the roast steak in paper foil for about 5 minutes. (resting)
You need to rest it so that blood or gravy doesn't come out when you cut the meat.
STEP 9/13
Cut the steak into bite-size pieces.
STEP 10/13
Make Sauce - Place 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of mirin and 1 spoon of sugar in a meat roasting pan.
Boil until sugar dissolves.
STEP 11/13
Stir in the steamed rice well.
STEP 12/13
Place chives on top of rice and steak.
STEP 13/13
Place the yolk and garlic chips on top.
Sprinkle with the secret sauce.
I'd like raw wasabi, too. It goes well with the meat
You can cook rice in a pot instead of a pot
