Mustard sauce. Mustard sauce is the same as cold jellyfish salad. Add 1.5 tablespoons of grinder, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 0.2 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and mix well. If you like savory taste, you can add a spoonful of peanut butter to it.

I've cut the cucumber. If you put the seeds in, it doesn't taste good and there's too much moisture, so it's not good because water comes out later.Cut it around the crunchy edges and shred it finely.
