Stir-fried squid is the best when it comes to drinking
There's a squid called Gunsan Squid that puts a lot of water parsley. I happened to try it, and the squid went so well with the water parsley. ^^ So I made stir-fried squid this time. Rather than making it at once and eating it like half a cloth, it was really delicious to eat it with squid and stir-fry it. Let's get started^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Chop the onion into 1cm thick pieces
STEP 2/15
Cut the cabbage into the same size as the onion, and slice the green onion diagonally.
STEP 3/15
Cut the water parsley into 5cm long pieces.
STEP 4/15
Prepare a very thin slice of fresh pepper.
Please parboil the bean sprouts and prepare them.

You can cut the squid with a ring or cut it in half as shown in the picture and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Add all the seasoning ingredients in advance and mix.

If you want to stir-fry it yourself, mix all vegetables except bean sprouts in the sauce and stir-fry them all at once, and when it starts to cook, add bean sprouts and mix them.

If you want to fry it and put it on a plate, it's a way to fry it so that it doesn't get wet. First, put 3 to 4T of oil in the pan and turn on the heat.

Add the furthest onion and cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.

When the onion becomes clear, add the cut squid and stir-fry quickly over very high heat.

Stir-fry the squid over high heat until it's cooked

Add the sauce that was mixed in advance When you wonder if the sauce is mixing, add the prepared green onion and stir it within a minute

Put water parsley in the wall and turn off the heat.
It's good to mix blanched bean sprouts like noodles^^

If you mix the sauce with the water parsley, add boiled bean sprouts

If you eat it while stir-frying, the best side dish for alcohol is complete! ^^
The most important thing is to make stir-fried squid quickly. Don't turn down the heat and continue to stir-fry on high heat.
