STEP 1/9
Grind 1/4 onions, 2 kiwis, and 1/2 pears in a blender.
STEP 2/9
Prepare 600g of beef and 200g of beef ribs.
STEP 3/9
Place the meat in one bowl and diced the ribs so that you can eat it in one bite. (It's better to make short rib patties if you just use the minced meat, but I mixed the ribs to make it more chewy.)
STEP 4/9
Add a little bit of green onion, 1/4 onions, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of starch syrup, and 1 tablespoon of plum juice.
(Sales amount may be omitted)
STEP 5/9
Put on plastic gloves and mix well.
STEP 6/9
Press it down to make a shape and clump together.
STEP 7/9
Spread the ground fruit onion on the tteok-galbi. (It's put on top like this to give more fruit onion scent, so if you want to keep the meat scent alive, you can mix it together in No. 5.)
STEP 8/9
Even if you turn it upside down, apply the ground fruit onion and bake it in the oven for 180 degrees and 12 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Done! Grill onions, paprika, mushrooms, etc. to accompany you and eat them together.
It's so delicious when you eat it with vegetables. It tastes good even if it's slightly undercooked inside with beef. To make it healthy and luxurious, I mixed the ribs with the sweetened meat to bring out the chewy taste!
