Braised Bulgogi Tofu
There's tofu in the refrigerator that's expired, so I made it quickly.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut tofu into appropriate sizes and shred green onions.
STEP 2/5
I put oil on it and cook the tofu first, then add bulgogi and stir-fry it. (I used it because there was some bulgogi left over. If you don't have it, please add 1 can of beef bulgogi persimmon or tuna.)

Second place, shredded green onions
STEP 4/5
Put the sauce (soy sauce 1 + fish sauce 1, red pepper powder 1, sugar 0.5, mirin 1, 100ml of water) on top and bring to a boil.^^
