Spread the seasoned rice on the gimbap laver and roll it with 1/2 crab sticks, stir-fried carrots, pickled radish, spinach, and 4 rows of burdock.

If you want to make your own braised burdock, peel it, wash it, slice it long, boil it in water for 15 minutes, add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
