STEP 1/8
First, grind the rye bread to make bread crumbs. Even if it's not rye bread, you can easily make wet bread crumbs at home by grinding leftover bread or baguette bread in a blender.
STEP 2/8
If you have to put an egg in a bowl and dissolve it, it's easy to remove the cold air from room temperature in advance.
That way, it's easier to loosen up on your cheeks.
STEP 3/8
The asparagus is small and young, so I removed a little bit of the bird sprouts on the side. To be honest, it doesn't matter if you don't take it off.
STEP 4/8
Spread potato starch evenly on top of asparagus and coat it with egg water.
It's a process for breadcrumbs to get on well.
STEP 5/8
Coat the bread crumbs evenly on the front and back like this, then roll it and apply a little pressure.
If you press it hard, until the bread crumbs don't get on it
It can get on well.
STEP 6/8
I didn't throw away the leftover bread crumbs and sprinkled them around the asparagus and baked them together.
And I ground olive oil, white pepper, and granafadano cheese.
It was baked in a light wave oven at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes.
STEP 7/8
While the asparagus was being baked, I made chili deep sauce with mayonnaise and hot chili sauce. You can use chicken sriracha sauce instead of hot chili sauce. Sweet chili sauce is less spicy.
STEP 8/8
The color of the bread crumbs came out pretty as if the oven temperature was right. Asparagus is a delicious ingredient even if it's lightly grilled, so even if it's slightly hard after it's baked, it's cooked a little more with residual heat, so you can eat it.
