STEP 1/9
You can peel the chicken ribs to suit your taste or just use them.
Mix in milk or cooking wine to catch the smell and let it ripen for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/9
Cut sweet potatoes and green onions in advance and prepare them.
STEP 3/9
Add all yams to the dakgalbi except cooking wine, mix them with your hands, and let them ripen in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
STEP 4/9
Stir-fry dakgalbi in a wok or deep pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes. If the gas stove is too strong, the seasoning may burn, so make sure to stir-fry it on medium heat!
STEP 5/9
Add the cut sweet potatoes and stir-fry the meat again for about 5 minutes.
STEP 6/9
Make sure the sweet potatoes are cooked and stir-fry the green onions.
STEP 7/9
In the meantime, cook the noodles that suit your taste, such as flat noodles, udon noodles, ramen noodles, and tteokboki, in boiling water, and then put them in Dakgalbi to stir-fry them enough to combine all the ingredients and seasonings.
STEP 8/9
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, cover and wait over low heat until cheese melts.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, if you sprinkle parsley powder, the cheese stretches out. It's done!
Dakgalbi can burn if you stir-fry it on high heat, so control the heat by frying it on medium heat.
Cheese dakgalbi is delicious if you eat it as it is, but it is even more delicious if you wrap it with radish or fresh pepper.
Add the ingredients in the chicken ribs after cooking them well.
