Scrub the crab between the legs with a brush.
The male crab's belly is white and it's good to be heavy when you lift it.

Open the shell and remove the gills
Cut the pointy part of the leg with scissors
The front pincers are big and uncomfortable, so please take them off and cut them in half.

You can cut the body into 2 or 4 pieces.

In a bowl, mix 2/3 cups of soy sauce, 2/3 cups of red pepper powder, ground seasoning in a blender, chopped Cheongyang red pepper, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger.

Mix 7 tablespoons of starch syrup in a well-mixed seasoning.
If you add starch syrup from the beginning, the red pepper powder may not soak well, so it's better if you add starch syrup at the end.
If you make the seasoning a day in advance, it tastes much better.

Put the drained blue crab and seasoning in a bowl and put the sliced red pepper and green pepper on top and mix them evenly.
