Divide the eggplant into three parts and prepare it in half. (see video)

Put it in a microwave plate and spread it out so that it doesn't overlap

Cover and roll for about 5 minutes. (There are a lot of eggplants, so I divided them into two.)

Poke it with chopsticks. If it goes in, it's okay!!
( It's hot, so be careful when you take it out!!)

While cooling the eggplant, make a large amount of sauce (chopped green onion, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of perilla oil, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of plum syrup, and 0.5 spoon of ground garlic).

When the eggplant cools down, tear it with your hands,

Press gently to remove moisture.
STEP 9/9
Put the eggplant in the sauce, mix it, sprinkle sesame seeds, and mix it!!
When you take it out of the microwave! When you open the plate! It's really hot!! Be careful!!
