Add all the sugar to the egg yolk and mix them well

Soak sugar with a torch and enjoy it, and you're done.
If you don't have a torch, you can grill the spoon over a high heat and gently put it on top of sugar, but personally, I think there is a big difference in taste from baking it with a torch. If you buy a torch, it's very useful, so it might be a good idea to buy one at this time.
