Place 3 cups of daikon in a large bowl, pour enough water, and soak.

Wash dried radish soaked in water by rubbing it tightly and shaking it in running water to remove it through a sieve

Then, strain the dried radish through a sieve and squeeze the water as tightly as possible with your hands.

Pour 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of vinegar, 2/3 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of soju into a pot and boil it evenly

When the seasoning cools down, pour it into the prepared daikon

Then press the dried radish with a spoon so that it is soaked in the sauce. When the seasoning has cooled completely, cover and place in the refrigerator.

This is dried radish pickle that has been in the refrigerator for 4 days. The dried radish is soaked with seasoning.
